Hello from BrownStein's!

We offer a strictly curbside service and are open Friday and Sunday 8am-11am. We prefer everyone to phone 585-442-2770 to place orders a day in advance Sunday-Friday so you are able to get the bagel flavors you would like. Challah preorders should be Monday-Thursday 8am-11am for Friday pick up. We do accept walk-ups and same day orders but cannot guarantee flavor availability.

To place an order for curbside pickup:

1. Place order by phone 585-442-2770  Sunday-Friday 8am-11 am. Please no calls on Saturdays. Sunday-Friday please no calls/voicemails after 4pm or before 8am. If you reach our voicemail please leave your name and number and we will return your call when possible. Please do not assume you have an order if you leave a message. If you have not received a call back from us please call and confirm we got your message.
   

2. Pick up is from 8am-11am
   

3. On pick up day pull in from Monroe Ave and proceed down side alley next to Ken's Pizzeria.
   

4. Follow alley around back of building.
   

5. Please pull up and we will bring your order out to you.  Please stay in your car. If you are a walk up with no preorder please park along rail as to not block other cars.
    

6. Proceed out onto Winton Rd.

As a reminder we only accept cash or check.
